ESSENTIALS
“Essentials” is a ongoing foundational faith course designed for those who are either young in their walk with Jesus or looking to go deeper on the core topics of their faith. This ongoing course takes place every Sunday from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM, right after the service. We meet together in Seminar Room 213 (accessible via the stairs near the gym) for a time of growing and learning together.
The course is structured to be flexible—you can join at any point—and is led by different pastors, each bringing their insights to the following eight core topics:
TOPICS
1. Kingdom of God – It’s all about Jesus
2. Identity – being a child of God
3. Life in the Spirit (1) – The Living Word of God
4. Life in the Spirit (2) – Prayer as a way of walking in love with God
5. Church – The body of Christ/the family of God
6. The gifts of the Holy Spirit – The Holy Spirit loves to touch the people around you
7. Mission – Evangelism and discipleship
8. Eternity – judgment and reward at the end of time
